Policy

1. Booking and Payment:

-  Payment must be made in full. If you are a first time client you have the option of paying half upfront and the other half after shooting.

-- Payment method that is used is Square Invoice. We also accept other payments such as Venmo, Cash App,Apple Pay and more.


2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

- Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled shoot to avoid a cancellation fee of 25% of what the project is cost.

- Rescheduling is allowed but subject to availability.


3. Content Ownership:

- All content created during the project (including raw footage, edited videos, and photographs) is co-owned by both the creator and the client.

- Both parties retain the right to use, share, and distribute the content for their own purposes, including marketing, portfolio display, and social media use.


4. Delivery and Revisions:

- Final content will be delivered within 5-10 days of the shoot, if more time is needed the client will be notified of an estimate of how much longer it will be completed.

- The client is entitled to 1 round of revisions at no additional cost. Any further revisions will incur additional fees.


5. Liability and Indemnification:

- JMixtape Productions is not liable for any damages or loss of footage due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, natural disasters).

- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JMixtape Productions from any claims, damages, or legal action arising from the use of the content.


6. Confidentiality and Privacy:

- JMixtape Productions respects your privacy and will not share any personal information without your consent, except for the purposes outlined in this policy.

- Any sensitive or content that perceives the client in a negative light will be treated with the utmost discretion.


7. Licensing and Usage:

- The client grants JMixtape Productions the right to use the content in any promotional materials, including but not limited to, social media, websites, and portfolio displays.

- The client also retains the right to use the content for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with this policy.


8. Dispute Resolution:

- Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, with both parties agreeing to a mutually acceptable third party.
